Whilst each project’s requirements and deliverables are unique, Strawberry Solutions engages a structured process to develop eLearning solutions. Getting your project off the ground with Strawberry Solutions is easy:
Reach out to start your eLearning process
Start by filling out our contact form or giving us a call to kick off your eLearning development process. Also, tell us a bit about your project, your learners, and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Free consultation
We’ll schedule a free 30-minute consultation to explore your goals in more detail. In addition to clarifying your requirements, we ask the right questions and map out the eLearning development process that suits you best, whether that’s custom eLearning development, consulting, or adapting existing content.
Proposal and quote
After the consultation, we’ll prepare a proposal based on the scope of work and tailored to your needs. If there’s more than one way to approach the project, we’ll give you options so you can choose what works best for your team, timeline, and budget.
Approval and invoice
Once you’re happy with the proposal, you sign off and we issue a commencement invoice. As a result, we confirm your spot in our project schedule and begin the onboarding process.
Project onboarding
We’ll schedule your project kick-off and walk you through the plan, timeline and next steps. We provide an onboarding eLearning course that gives you all the information you need to understand our design and development process, including expectations for review and feedback and who to contact.
Asset collection
We’ll provide a shared link to an online folder where you can upload all relevant assets that we will need to work on your project. Specifically, you’ll need to compile any branding assets, image libraries, and content and upload them to this folder.
Design questionnaire for your eLearning development
We’ll provide a link to a survey about your branding and style. We also use this information to create your Design Concept. If you’ve had a previous project with us, we won’t repeat this process unless you’ve requested a change to the design.
Iterative development for eLearning product
Every project is guided by evidence-based learning design principles. We draw on adult learning theory, cognitive science, and inclusive design frameworks to create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and accessible for diverse learners. Rather than developing the entire course in one step, we follow an iterative process with structured review and feedback points throughout design, storyboard, and development. This allows stakeholders to validate content, request refinements, and formally approve each stage before work progresses. By combining collaborative reviews with proven learning principles, we reduce project risk, capture changes early, and ensure the final product meets both learner and organisational needs.
