We work closely with our clients and with each other, bringing together expertise in learning design, eLearning development, graphic design, animation and learning technology to create thoughtful, engaging training.

While we have a wide network of designers, animators and developers, these are the three people who guide every project from idea to execution.
Danielle McGloin
Director of Operations
Danielle ensures a seamless process for our clients, from initial contact through quoting and consultation, and into project kick-off.
In addition, Dani oversees Strawberry operations, so we can consistently deliver high-quality projects to client specifications.
Above all, she is a calm, practical presence who keeps things moving and solves problems before they become issues.
Meagan Noronha
Director of Learning Design
Meagan leads our learning design team, and she makes sure every project uses the most appropriate instructional design strategies and adult learning principles.
In particular, she specialises in turning complex concepts into effective, interactive learning across face to face, online and hybrid delivery.
Meagan is also known for asking the right questions and turning feedback into smart, practical improvements.
Luke Dempsey
Director of Graphic Design
Luke leads our graphic design team, and he brings learning to life through visually compelling, intuitive experiences.
Because he combines graphic design, animation and user experience, every course is engaging and easy to follow.
Above all, Luke’s designs support understanding, rather than just looking good.

- Instructional designers shape the learning content so it follows a logical sequence and breaks into digestible chunks that reduce cognitive load. In addition, they add interactive activities and knowledge checks to reinforce learning.
- Graphic designers create visual assets in accordance with a client’s brand identity, including images, illustrations, and animated and static infographics.
- Animators and video editors produce video content in response to a brief.
- Voiceover artists record clear voiceover and audio content.
- eLearning developers build the finished modules using the most appropriate authoring tools.
- Project managers set the objectives, create a roadmap and release plan, run quality assurance reviews, and keep resources and activities on track.
