Terms Service
These terms of service (Terms) apply to your use of, and access to, this website (Site). Lea Learning Solutions Pty Ltd T/A Strawberry Solutions Learning (ABN: 92 682 308 550) operates the Site. We refer to that entity as we, our or us in these terms of service.
Information and availability
We use reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content and materials on the Site (Content). However, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any of the Content. This exclusion applies to the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law. We may change the Content at any time without notice. We do not undertake to keep the Site up-to-date. The Content is factual information only, is not comprehensive and is for general information purposes only. We also do not warrant that access to the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses.
Intellectual property rights in these terms of service
Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license the Content and all intellectual property rights displayed or used on the Site. We call these Our Intellectual Property. This includes any copyright, registered or unregistered designs, illustrations, artwork, patents, trade marks or logo rights, and domain names.

Nothing in the above clause restricts your ability to publish, post or repost Content or Our Intellectual Property. You may do this on your social media page or blog, provided that:
- you do not assert that you are the owner of the Content or Our Intellectual Property;
- unless explicitly agreed by us in writing, you do not assert that you are endorsed or approved by us;
- you do not damage or exploit our reputation in any way that is illegal, unfair, misleading or deceptive; and
- you comply with the rest of these terms of service.
Conduct we don’t accept
You must not do or attempt to do anything unlawful or prohibited by applicable law. You must also not do anything we would consider inappropriate, or that might bring us or the Site into disrepute. This includes:
- anything that would breach an individual’s privacy or any other legal rights (for example, uploading private or personal information without consent);
- using the Site to defame, harass, threaten, menace or offend any person;
- using the Site for unlawful purposes;
- interfering with any user of the Site;
- tampering with or modifying the Site, or knowingly transmitting viruses or other disabling features;
- damaging or interfering with the Site, including through trojan horses, viruses, piracy or programming routines;

User Content
Posting Content: Users may be able to upload or post content to the Site (User Content), such as text, images and videos. This User Content is subject to our approval and these terms of service. We may, at our sole discretion, allow or prohibit the posting and hosting of User Content on our Site.
Licence to Use User Content: By uploading or posting User Content on this Site, you grant us a licence to use it. This licence is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable. It lets us use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform the User Content. The licence covers our business and that of our successors and affiliates. It includes promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site, or derivative works, in any media format or channel.
User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You confirm that you hold the licences, rights, consents and permissions needed to publish the User Content you submit.
Content Accuracy and Compliance: You agree that any User Content you provide does not and will not breach any law. It must also not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy and data protection laws.
Removal Rights: We may edit or remove any User Content at any time. We can do this without prior notice or liability to you or any other party. This can include User Content that we believe violates these terms of service or our policies. It also covers User Content that we find otherwise objectionable or inappropriate.
No Obligation to Publish: We do not have to publish any User Content on our Site. We may also remove it at our discretion, without notice.

The Site may contain links to websites that third parties operate. Unless we tell you otherwise, we do not control, endorse or approve the content on those websites. We are not responsible for it. We recommend you make your own enquiries about the suitability of those websites. If you buy goods or services from a linked third party website, that third party provides them to you, not us.

What happens if we discontinue the Site

Which laws govern these terms of service
The laws of New South Wales govern these terms of service. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. This includes any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts. Each party also waives any right to object to proceedings brought in those courts.
Changes to these terms of service
We may vary these terms of service at any time and at our discretion. To do so, we publish the updated version on the Site. Therefore, we recommend you check the Site regularly to ensure you are aware of our current terms of service.
