Strawberry Solutions built the Nuix AI eLearning program to turn a complex AI rollout into confident, everyday practice. The result is a consistent, engaging experience that brings every Nuix employee into the organisation’s AI journey.
Building the Nuix AI eLearning program
Nuix needed a way to bring every employee along on a fast-moving AI rollout, known internally as HB2. Because the technology touched every team differently, a single generic course would not work. It would not hold attention or drive real behaviour change. Strawberry Solutions designed the Nuix AI eLearning program around short, visually led modules. Each module explains what AI means for a role and how to use it responsibly.
In particular, the program favours real workplace scenarios over abstract theory. This means staff can see the relevance immediately and apply it the same day. To keep the experience consistent, the team built a flexible content structure. This structure can scale as Nuix’s AI strategy matures over time. Similarly, the visual design draws on the same gradient-led imagery used across Nuix’s brand. As a result, the learning feels like a natural extension of the business.
The approach behind the training experience
Good learning design borrows from user-centred design principles, an approach championed by the Nielsen Norman Group. While building the program, Strawberry Solutions applied the same thinking. Test early, keep interactions simple, and remove anything that does not help the learner. For example, each module opens with a short, plain-language explanation. Then staff apply the idea in context straight away.
This kept cognitive load low for every learner. It also gave Nuix’s learning and development team a consistent framework. The team can extend that framework as new AI capabilities roll out. As a result, the Nuix AI eLearning program now supports onboarding for new starters. It also works well as refresher training for existing staff. The finished program sits alongside Strawberry Solutions’ broader custom eLearning design and development work. It draws on the same production pipeline used for other client projects. Finally, early feedback from staff has been positive. The program is credited for making a technical AI rollout feel approachable rather than intimidating.
