We own it

We feel empowered to make our own decisions and produce our best work through experience and a deep understanding of education.

We are adaptable

By embracing adaptability, we foster an environment where change is welcomed, new ideas are encouraged, and challenges are seen as opportunities.

We value relationships

We build lasting relationships through honesty, transparency, and consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.

Our approach

Every project starts with gaining an understanding of our client’s goals, learners, and context. We take the time to understand the needs of the learning product and how we can support the project.

By applying the principles of adult learning in conjunction with contemporary learning and visual design, Strawberry Solutions ensures the objectives and outcomes of the proposed solution are aligned with the requirements of the organisation whilst providing an opportunity for meaningful, contextualised learning designed to increase engagement and decrease cognitive load.
