Frequently Asked Questions
Choosing the right LMS, one of our most common eLearning FAQs

Below are the eLearning FAQs we are asked most often, covering quotes, timelines, formats, content and brand alignment for your project.
These eLearning FAQs cover the questions we hear most, starting with how to get a quote and get started.

How do we get a quote and get started?

Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call, and we’ll book a free 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals and identify the project scope. After that, we’ll send you a tailored proposal with a quote and scope of work, often with a few flexible options.

Once you approve the proposal and sign, we’ll invoice for a commencement payment. We’ll then schedule your project kick-off meeting and send you onboarding information.

We follow a structured, collaborative process from kick-off through to handover. This includes planning milestones, designing a visual concept, and drafting storyboards. We then build the modules in your chosen platform and apply quality assurance checks at every stage. You’ll have the chance to review and provide feedback at key points throughout the project.

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the course. A short module might take 4–6 weeks, while larger programs may take several months. We’ll confirm the timeline during project planning and provide a clear schedule with key milestones.

We can develop a range of digital learning formats, including interactive modules, animated case studies, branching scenarios, and quizzes. Video-based learning is another option we produce regularly. For blended delivery, we also design formats that support face-to-face or virtual sessions, including slide decks, facilitator guides, and activities.

We can work with content in almost any format, such as PowerPoints, policy documents, handouts, or even rough notes. If nothing exists yet, that’s fine. We can help shape content from scratch through consultation with your team or subject matter experts. We’ll then author it for you.

Any new content we create for you becomes your Intellectual Property at handover.

We aim to keep SME involvement as efficient as possible. Most of their input is needed early on during content clarification and feedback rounds. This typically involves a few short meetings and two review stages per module.

The first feedback round is usually the most time consuming. SMEs need to review all content and verify that activities and interactives meet requirements. The second round is usually significantly shorter, as SMEs check that we’ve implemented their first round of feedback accurately.

We ask for any available brand guidelines, logos, and visual assets. If these aren’t available, we’ll match your existing look and feel based on your website or other materials. We’ll then confirm the direction with a design concept before development begins.

We also ask you to complete a questionnaire covering your audience, tone of voice, and preferred characters. This captures details that may not appear in your brand guidelines.

We specialise in translating in-person workshops and printed materials into engaging online formats. This includes adapting activities, updating language, and ensuring the training is interactive, accessible, and suitable for digital delivery.

We also work with hybrid formats, converting some parts to self-paced online learning. This adds virtual or face-to-face elements to enhance connection and gives learners opportunities to apply concepts.
