Through instructional design strategy, interactive content development and platform integration, Strawberry Solutions delivered a scalable learning solution aligned to HIA’s national education objectives.
ANU’s social anxiety program is now an engaging, self-paced online experience, giving more students flexible, ongoing access to vital mental health support.
The Y NSW digital learning program gives every new starter a clear, consistent induction. It also builds targeted support and inclusive training that drives real behavioural change across the organisation.
Building The Y NSW digital learning program
The Y NSW needed a way to bring a large, diverse workforce through the same consistent induction. Because the organisation operates across many services and locations, a single generic course would not work. It would not hold attention or support real behavioural change. Strawberry Solutions designed a program built around clear, accessible modules that meet staff where they actually work. This gives every location the same starting point, whatever their day-to-day role.
In particular, the program focuses on the workplace policies that matter most day to day, including bullying, harassment, and discrimination. This means every new starter builds the same solid foundation from day one. Similarly, the training uses plain language and real workplace scenarios so staff can apply it immediately. As a result, The Y NSW digital learning content stays relevant no matter where someone is based.
The approach behind the training experience
Strawberry Solutions built the experience around targeted support rather than a one-size-fits-all module. Because different roles carry different risks, the content adapts to what each learner actually needs. This kept the training practical without adding unnecessary length. It also means managers spend less time repeating the same induction conversations. As a result, staff complete the program because it feels relevant, not because it is mandatory.
Inclusive design was central to the build, drawing on guidance from bodies such as Safe Work Australia on managing psychosocial risk. Finally, the finished program sits alongside Strawberry Solutions’ broader custom eLearning design and development work, using the same production approach applied across other client projects. Early feedback from The Y NSW has been positive, with staff describing the digital learning experience as clear, relevant, and easy to complete. Overall, The Y NSW digital learning program shows how targeted, inclusive training can support a genuinely diverse workforce.
